Dr. Rowland saw a need for a new approach to engineering consultancy services and form
Zephyrgold in 2001, a chartered engineering professional with over 15 years of diverse
professional experience gained in the UK, Nigeria, India, and the Middle East, including the
World Bank Group (Department for International Development) and the United Nations. His
varied career includes infrastructure planning and design, project evaluations, privatisation
and project financing, with particular expertise in engineering design and project
management of civil engineering projects, as a chartered civil engineer, and a world class
Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
USA. He’s a registered member of MNSE and COREN engineer.
