with over 15 years of diverse professional experience, including consultancy in water and
geotechnics, Monitoring & Evaluation of projects. Bukoye is a UNESCO/UK trained
hydroelectric and irrigation system expert and a UK trained Monitoring & Evaluation expert.
He has a sound track record of managing engineering project teams on schemes ranging
through to multi-million naira water related projects.
